This case was calendared for trial during the Court's September 20, 2021, Kansas City, Missouri, remote trial session. By Order served September 3, 2021, the case was stricken from the September 20, 2021, remote trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On October 20, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 18) requesting additional time to discuss with petitioner the delivery and signing of the decision documents. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 22, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
