CERTIORARI TO THE INTERMEDIATE COURT OF APPEALS (S.S.P. No. 05-1-0050).

Richard Blaisdell, pro se.

ORDER DISMISSING APPLICATION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI FILED APRIL 26, 2007.

Upon receipt of Blaisdell's second filing of his application for a writ of certiorari from the January 5, 2007 summary disposition order (SDO) of the Intermediate Court of Appeals (ICA), which we construe as an attempt at a motion for reconsideration and which appears identical in all respects to his first application, save for the attachment of a complete copy of the ICA's January 5, 2007 SDO, and, having reviewed the original and complete SDO and given due consideration to the arguments advanced and the issues raised in his original application, which was rejected by this court on April 26, 2007, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the application for writ of certiorari filed on April 26, 2007 is dismissed.
