APPEAL FROM THE FIRST CIRCUIT COURT (CIV. NO. 02-1-0008-1)

ORDER


Upon consideration of Defendant-Appellant Jeremy Harris's motion to expedite transmission of the record on appeal, the briefing schedule and decision, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that the parties are not precluded from filing briefs prior to the applicable deadlines and have stipulated to a briefing schedule after the record is transmitted. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is granted in part as follows: (1) the clerk of the circuit court shall prepare the record on appeal in accordance with HRAP Rule 10 and transmit it to the clerk of the supreme court no later than April 2, 2002; (2) thereafter, the parties may file their briefs in accordance with their stipulated briefing schedule; (3) no extensions of time will be granted; and (4) upon completion of briefing, the clerk of the court shall place the case on the ready calendar for assignment.
