ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On September 1, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioner had failed to submit the filing fee. The case remains closed. However, on November 20, 2023, the Court received and filed a letter by petitioner in which he requests instructions on how to pay the filing fee and an additional opportunity to pay it.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced letter is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion to Vacate. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Vacate is granted, and the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 2, 2024, petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. Instructions on how to pay the filing fee are available on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html and also will be attached to this Order. Failure to pay the Court's filing fee on or before January 2, 2024, may result in the dismissal of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a PDF copy of the Court's instructions on how to pay the filing fee.
