Case of original jurisdiction — Habeas Corpus.

Eddie Odell Blackwood, in pro. per.

Richard W. Ervin, Atty. Gen., and B. Clarke Nichols, Asst. Atty. Gen., for respondent.


Writ of habeas corpus having heretofore issued and return having been filed and this cause coming on for final disposition, and it now appearing that the writ of habeas corpus was improvidently issued, the writ of habeas corpus heretofore issued is discharged and the cause dismissed.

It is so ordered.
