A full appellate review was granted to the petitioner herein on the authority of Hollingshead v. Wainwright, Fla. 1967, 194 So.2d 577. The briefs and record on appeal have been examined and given full consideration and, the petitioner having failed to demonstrate reversible error, the judgment of conviction and sentence of the lower court appealed from is affirmed.

Affirmed.
