DISCONTINUANCE, DISMISSAL AND NONSUIT, § 42dismissal for want of diligence in pursuing cause of action. Order dismissing plaintiff's cause of action for want of prosecution would not be vacated on appeal, where it did not appear from record that plaintiff had exercised proper diligence in pursuing her cause of action.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. MICHAEL L. McKINLEY, Judge, presiding.
