MEMORANDUM OPINION
The trial court imposed sentence on October 7, 2004. Because appellant did not file a timely motion for new trial, the notice of appeal was due to be filed by November 8, 2004. Tex.R.App.P. 26.2(a). A motion for extension of time to file the notice of appeal was due by November 23, 2004 Tex.R.App.P. 26.3. Appellant did not file his notice of appeal until June 15, 2005. We, therefore, ordered appellant to show cause in writing why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Appellant has not responded. We dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
