In the Matter of the Application of B.L., an infant by his mother and natural guardian Denise L., Petitioner-Respondent,For a Judgment Pursuant to Article 78 of the CPLR, v. Benjamin M. Lawsky, et al., Respondent-Appellant.


An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 24, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And respondent-appellant having moved to enlarge the record on appeal to include the certified administrative record of the Agency determination on review, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied. Sua sponte, the Certified Administrative Record is stricken, and pp. 11-12 of the appellant's brief is likewise stricken.
