MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated September 1, 2009, we notified appellant that the Dallas County District Clerk informed the Court that appellant had not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to file, within ten days, written documentation showing either that she had paid for the record or that she was entitled to proceed without payment for the record. We warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). To date, appellant has neither provided verification that she paid for the record nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b).
