ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

This case is currently calendared on the June 6, 2024, Burlington, Vermont trial session. On May 20, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motions to Proceed Remotely, filed May 20, 2024, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's June 6, 2024, Burlington, Vermont trial session and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on June 6, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 4, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding, (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's November 4, 2024, remote trial session.
