This case is calendared for trial at the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania remote trial session of the Court scheduled to commence February 22, 2022. On January 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Continuance stating in the motion that the parties believe the case is susceptible of settlement by appeals. On January 24, 2022, the Court Ordered petitioners to file a response to respondent's motion. On February 8, 2022, the Court's Order was returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service marked Return to Sender, Unable to Forward. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the February 22, 2022, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania remote trial session and continued generally. It is further
