For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Gus Stacy, Jr., et al. v. H. D. Petty, et al., 362 So.2d 810 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1978), our Docket No. 6614, we conclude that the judgment of the district court properly disposes of the issues presented. Accordingly, the judgment of the district court is affirmed at appellants' cost.

AFFIRMED.
