An order of the Supreme Court, Appellate Term, First Department, having been entered on January 20, 2017, denying plaintiff's application for leave to appeal to this Court, And, plaintiff having moved for poor person relief with respect to the aforesaid order, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to renew, upon a timely filed motion for leave to appeal from the Appellate Term order.
