DANIELLE BITON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On January 19, 2023, this case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee. Subsequently, the filing fee was paid and, by Order issued February 10, 2023, the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction was vacated and set aside. On February 27, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Reopen Case.

As the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, issued January 19, 2023, has already been vacated and set aside, and this case has been reopened, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Reopen Case is denied as moot.
