An order of this Court having been entered on May 25, 2017 (M-1315), denying petitioner's motion for leave to prosecute the appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 1, 2013, as a poor person, and sua sponte, dismissing the appeal, And petitioner having moved for reargument of the aforesaid order of this Court (M-1315), and for poor person relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
