JUDGE SOLOMON OLIVER, JR. REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
On March 14, 2019, the parties filed a joint stipulation to remand to the Commissioner. ECF Doc. 12. The parties request that the case be remanded pursuant to Sentence Four of Section 205 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
