This case was stricken from the Court's May 17, 2021, Buffalo, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On December 20, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that petitioner Tamara M. Bishop recently paid the outstanding liabilities in full for the tax years at issue and that no further consideration of a collection alternative is necessary. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 6, 2023, the Commissioner shall file an appropriate motion with the Court.
