This case was stricken from the Court's May 17, 2021, Buffalo, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On September 20, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the Centralized Offer in Compromise (COIC) unit is no longer considering petitioner Tamara M. Bishop's offer in compromise. The report further indicated that Ms. Bishop is considering submitting additional collection alternatives. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 20, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
