This case was stricken from the Court's May 17, 2021, Buffalo, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On March 22, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the Centralized Offer in Compromise (COIC) unit has not considered the offer in compromise and the Independent Office of Appeals has not issued a supplemental notice of determination. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 22, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
