Tamara M. Bishop Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's May 17, 2021, Buffalo, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On September 20, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report which apprised the Court that the Centralized Offer in Compromise (COIC) has not completed it's review of petitioner's offer in compromise. The parties request that the Court order the parties to file another status report in 90 days to allow time for the COIC to consider the offer in compromise. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 27, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
