Trespass and assumpsit actions. Before LARSEN, J., without a jury. Finding entered in favor of plaintiff and against individual defendant and motion for nonsuit of defendant, Pittsburgh National Bank, granted, and order entered dismissing plaintiff's and defendants' exceptions and defendants' motion for judgment n.o.v. denied. Individual defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 31, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1973, No. 1217. Argued: April 13, 1978.
