Action to recover double the amount of a security deposit, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, Housing Session at New Haven, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court, Riddle, J.; judgment for the plaintiff on the complaint and for the defendant on the counterclaim, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
