Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals granted and the following question certified: "Was the order of the Supreme Court, as modified by this Court, properly made?" Stay granted to the extent of continuing the stay contained in the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on April 14, 1976, pending hearing and determination of the appeal by the Court of Appeals.
