Order denying motion to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency and order denying motion to make the complaint more definite and certain and to strike out immaterial portions thereof affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. The defendants may answer within ten days from the entry of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur.
