In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the State Tenure Commission to consider only the question whether the discipline imposed was for reasonable and just cause. Lakeshore Bd of Ed v Grindstaff (After Second Remand), 436 Mich. 339 (1990). In all other respects leave to appeal is denied. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Jurisdiction is not retained. Reported below: ( On Remand) 211 Mich. App. 523.
