ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

These cases are currently set for trial during the Court's Miami, Florida special trial session, scheduled to begin June 20, 2025, for four weeks.

On July 17, 2024, petitioners filed a motion for partial summary judgment with supporting declarations. We will direct the Commissioner to file a response to the motion and allow petitioners to file a reply to the response. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a response to the motion for partial summary judgment filed July17, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 29, 2024, petitioners shall file a reply to the Commissioner's response to the motion for partial summary judgment.
