These cases are currently assigned to the undersigned Judge. On February 19, 2020, the Court issued an Order directing the parties to contact the undersigned's Chambers for purposes of scheduling a conference call no later than 30 days after the expiration of the period during which a petition for certiorari may be filed with the Supreme Court of the United States with respect to the opinion or order deciding Coffey v. Commissioner. In light of the Order issued by the U.S. Supreme Court, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of these cases.
