We DENY appellant's "Motion to Unseal Volume 4 of Reporters Record" without a court order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.10(g). Although the appellate record does not appear to contain an order sealing volume 4 of the reporter's record, the trial court has continuing jurisdiction to unseal court records. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 76a(7).
