ORDER

On December 20, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Leave to File Status Report. Respondent's motion indicates that the parties missed the Court's deadline to file status reports by November 5, 2021, and therefore requests the Court give the parties until January 31, 2022, to file status reports in this case.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Status Report, filed December 20, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 31, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents, an applicable dispositive motion, or separate or joint status reports as to the then present status of this case.
