On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the July 29, 2014 and September 2, 2014 orders of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion for transmission of record is DENIED as moot. The motions for immediate consideration and for an evidentiary hearing are DENIED.
