In Re: Ernest Billizone, Sr., applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 634,151. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator, Ernest Billizone, Sr. filed an application for writ of mandamus urging the district court has not responded to his "Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus." The commissioner issued recommendations in this matter on February 3, 2015. The matter is proceeding in the district court.
