ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On November 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. In respondent's motion, he states that (1) petitioner passed away after filing the petition in this case, (2) no representative or fiduciary is currently authorized to act on behalf of the Estate of Madeline Bikus, deceased, and (3) Kathleen Bikus is petitioner's heir at law.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, in addition to service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve copies of this Order and respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution on Kathleen Bikus at her address in respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed November 8, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 6, 2023, Kathleen Bikus shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.
