Before the Court is appellants' unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal. Appellants have informed the Court that the parties have settled their differences. Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).

By order issued on March 11, 2019, this Court granted the motion to dismiss filed by former appellants Costco Wholesale Corporation and D.A. Vinson, R.Ph. and dismissed them as parties to this appeal.
