ORDER

We REINSTATE these appeals.

On June 13, 2017, we ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing on why appellant's brief had not been filed. On June 14, 2017, appellant tendered his brief along with a motion asking us to grant an extension. In the interest of expediting the appeals and because we have not received the trial court's findings, we VACATE the June 13, 2017 order requiring findings.

We GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER the brief received June 14, 2017 filed as of the date of this order.
