This case was on the March 22, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar. The Bigelows reasonably wanted to try to settle at IRS Appeals. Respondent recently reported again that there's been a lack of progress because the IRS has assigned it to a new appeals officer who knew little about it. This will take some time so it is

ORDERED that on or before October 14, 2022 the parties shall submit decision documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe the parties' progress toward settlement.
