ORDER

MARK V. HOLMES, JUDGE

This case was on the March 22, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar. The Bigelows reasonably wanted to try to settle at IRS Appeals. Respondent reported that a new appeals officer was recently assigned to this case after the first one fell ill. He also reported that petitioner had additional documentation to submit to the appeals officer. Once received, the appeals officer will review the material with the assistance of an exam agent. This will take some time so it is

ORDERED that on or before July 15, 2022 the parties shall submit decision documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe the parties' progress toward settlement.
