This case is calendared for trial at the April 25, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, Trial Session of the Court.

On April 4, 2022, respondent filed a Joint Status Report indicating the parties reached a basis of settlement in this case, and that respondent concedes in full the additions to tax I.R.C. §§ 6651(a)(1), 6651(a)(2) and 6654. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 25, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, Trial Session. Petitioner is not expected to appear at the calendar call on Monday, April 25, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 20, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents.
