Reargument granted to the extent of deeming moving papers a motion for clarification, and upon clarification, the decision and order of this Court entered on May 25, 2000 (Appeal No. 1260) clarified as to the following: In the final paragraph of our order, at the end of the first sentence concluding with "50 files belonging to defendants," add "and other work purportedly performed." In the final sentence of the paragraph and order, delete "review," and at the end of the sentence add "and any other work purportedly performed."
