QUINTRICK DELANERO BICKHAM, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 1 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F16-76654-H

ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On March 7, 2018, we abated the appeal and ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why appellant's brief was not timely filed. On April 27, 2018, we received an Anders brief, counsel's motion to withdraw, and an extension motion. Therefore, in the interest of expediting the appeals, we VACATE the March 7, 2018 order to the extent it requires a hearing and findings.

Appellant's April 27, 2018 motion to extend the time to file appellant's brief is GRANTED. We ORDER appellant's Anders brief filed as of the date of this order.
