ORDER

On November 14, 2023, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties during which time the parties agreed to set this case for a Pretrial Conference in January 2024 during a remote Special Trial Session of the Court. The parties also discussed setting the case for an in-person trial to be held in Mobile, Alabama, in March 2024.
By Order dated November 15, 2023, docket entry 30 the Court (1) granted respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed August 31, 2023, docket entry 15, and struck this case for Hearing and Pretrial Conference, at the November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court, continued and retained jurisdiction of this case; and, (2) directed the parties, on or before January 10, 2024, to file a Joint Supplemental Stipulation of Facts.
On November 17, 2023, docket entry 31, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts, consisting of paragraphs 1 through 65; Exhibits 1-J through 12-J, docket entry 32; and Exhibits 13-J through 16-J, docket entry 33.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that this case is set for Pretrial Conference, at a remote Special Trial Session of the Court, beginning on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at a time and date certain of Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's remote special session beginning January 16, 2024, and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for that special trial session.
This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
