Frank Warren Bibeau Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

MARK V. HOLMES JUDGE

This case was on the March 21, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, and is an appeal from respondent's notice of determination. It was continued because the Court believes that this case is a good fit for decision under Tax Court Rule 122. The parties recently reported that they are still exchanging information and documents. They reasonably ask for a bit more time to either submit additional status reports or submit the case under Rule 122. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before April 25, 2022 the parties file a motion to submit the case for decision under Rule 122 or file a status report on their progress in doing so.
