JOHN R. BIANCALANA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On August 4, 2023, the Court issued an Order directing petitioner to show cause why the Court should not issue an Order directing that the small tax case designation be removed. Petitioner failed to file a response. On October 16, 2023, the parties electronically filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. On October 17, 2023, the Court issued an Order making the Order to Show Cause absolute and deleted the letter "S" from the Docket Number. Upon review of the Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision submitted on October 16, 2023, the Court notes that the Docket Number is now incorrect.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed October 16, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
