ORDER


Plaintiffs BHC Interim Funding, L.P. and Travelers Investment Corporation (the "Plaintiffs") have moved this Court to extend until February 28, 2003, the time within which they may serve the Summons and Complaint on Defendants Finantra Capital, Inc., Robert D. Press, Maynard J. Hellman, Alyce Schreiber, Steven Beitler, Evaldo F. Dupay, Barry J. Goldstein, and Brian Lazarus. Their motion is hereby GRANTED. The Plaintiffs may serve the Summons and Complaint on the aforementioned defendants on or before February 28, 2003.
