ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On November 12, 2021, petitioner filed a document in the above-docketed matter characterized as a "Motion To Dismiss, Suppress Respondent's Answer, and for Sanctions". Such submission is not a proper or recognized motion under the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Moreover, on December 20, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this proceeding.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, and to facilitated entry of the proposed decision, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's purported November 12, 2021, motion is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
