Order granting temporary injunction modified by extending such injunction so as to prevent defendants from removing the top soil from the demised premises, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Kapper, Seeger, Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur.
