DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the plaintiff-respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 17, 2011, to include the unredacted last page of the affirmation of her expert.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, on or before April 3, 2012, the plaintiff-respondent shall file a supplemental record containing a copy of the unredacted last page of the affirmation of her expert, which was submitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before April 3, 2012, the respondent shall file, under seal, a complete unredacted copy of the affirmation of her expert, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to the appeal.
