In the Matter of Latia Govan Bey, Petitioner, For an Order and Issuance of a Writ of Prohibition Pursuant to CPLR 7803(2), O.P. #160/18 v. Family Court of the State of New York, County of Bronx, Judge Elenor Reid, Respondent.


Petitioner having moved, in the nature of a writ of prohibition, to bar any further proceedings against her in the Family Court, Bronx County (Elenor C. Reid, J.), which, in orders entered on or about June 7, 2018 and June 13, 2018, denied her motions to dismiss the underlying neglect proceeding on the ground that the court lacked subject matter and personal jurisdiction over her (Docket No. NN-29088-17), Now, upon the Court's own motion, it is, Ordered that the matter is transferred to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County, 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10451, forthwith, for further proceedings.
