SADAE BEY, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On May 30, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction at Docket Index No. 5. The Motion states that two exhibits (Exhibit A and Exhibit B) are attached thereto. However, review of the record shows that the documents in question have not been attached to the Motion. Instead, respondent has electronically filed the documents, as separate docket entries, at Docket Index Nos. 6 and 7.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced filings, appearing at Docket Index Nos. 5 through 7, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 12, 2023, respondent shall file, as single docket entry, a complete copy of the motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, including any attachments thereto.
