We VACATE our January 31, 2022 order.

The clerk's record, due on March 8, 2022, has not been filed. Rule 38.6(a) provides that appellant's brief is due thirty days after the date the clerk's record is filed. Tex.R.App.P. 38.6(a).

In light of this, we DENY appellant's January 28, 2022 motion as premature. 1
